Ready To Kick Into Gear

I had no idea how much I was ready for a new year, a fresh start! Since the novel Coronavirus hit, we have not been walking or getting outside for months! Either it was too hot over the summer or too cold in the winter! As for myself, I did supplement with indoor workouts! However, things have changed. It is safe to say that I am the queen of yo-yo dieting & failing to stick to a workout routine. I have tried all the fad diets and weight loss pills with minimal success and no real long lasting results.
