I started using Korean skincare products about a year ago, and it completely changed my skincare routine. Since then, I’ve even started using some of the products on my son’s skin too! Korean beauty products are known for their gentle ingredients and focus on hydration, which I love. One of my favorite results from using them is that healthy “glass skin” glow that makes your skin look smooth, radiant, and refreshed.

Every day, I wake up feeling like this world is spinning faster and faster. I turn on the TV or the radio, and there is nothing but hate and fear. It dawns on me that somewhere along the line, we lost sight of the basics. So why don’t we start back where it all began and trust in the things that matter the most: family, faith, and self.

What is one of the most basic needs when it comes to life? Well, the answer is water. When your body is made up of 60 percent, it’s a pretty important thing to have. I will be the first one to say that I definitely don’t drink even close to enough. And if i’m honest if you’d start an iv you would probably get Dr Pepper insead of blood. So when I started suffering from really bad kidney problems I knew it was time to cut back and increase my water intake.

So when I started to look for a cup that would help me increase my water intake, I ran into a similer problem with all the tumblers that I found. This is because they all pour out from the straw. The best time of year is finally here! Fall, has officially arrived and I couldn’t be happier. Is it just me or does life seem to slow down a bit in the fall, it’s almost like the calm before the storm of the holiday season. You can just breathe easier.

As the days begin to end earlier and the cool, crisp air fills your lungs in the mornings, it’s the perfect time to take a step back and breathe. The vivid colors of yellows, oranges, and reds fill the tree line as the season changes. As you walk, the crunch of leaves under your feet, and the air begins to smell of all things fall. Your senses are on overdrive from the smell of fresh baked pies, autumn spices, and pumpkins.

Summer is here and I am so excited! The sun shining, the light breeze against your skin. So when it comes to Summer skin care you want the very best for your body. I’ve got some of my favorite Summertime products that will brighten your day.

I love the water so no matter if it’s the beach or the pool or even the lake, as long as I’m by the water my heart is happy. So being in the sun all day I need a good sunscreen to keep my skin safe and protected from the UVB rays. That is where Visor Skincare comes into play. This sunscreen has no smell and no sticky feeling of leftover goo. It goes on smoothly and is safe for all skin types. With no alcohol added I don’t have to worry about it being harsh on my skin. So I can enjoy the sun and water all day without worry of my skin being burned. The protection puts my mind at ease so I can spend the day enjoying my surroundings and not having to wonder if I’m going to be a lobster at the end of the day.

Summer has me more active whether it be in the pool, ocean, or just outside spending time with family, which means more chronic pain. 7 years ago I was in a car accident that almost killed me ( click here to learn more about it ) and I broke 3 out of 4 limbs and still struggle with chronic pain. Because I’m more active and on my feet more, as well as working full time I tend to look for pain management that isn’t a narcotic or going to be habit-forming or harsh on my body.
