Instead of looking at this as a ‘diet’ and something you will not be able to stick with, look at it as a new lifestyle that will benefit your whole body. A balanced breakfast is important to give your body energy and kick start your metabolism. If you do not have time in the morning try having a smoothie, healthy shake, or fruit with yogurt as a before your workout snack.

Make sure you have a variety of foods, not just one type. Eating the same thing over and over again will get boring and your body will eventually stop reacting to it as well. Make your plate colorful at every meal.

Get enough sleep every night
