I started volunteering in my son’s class a few weeks ago. I had no idea how much I would enjoy and appreciate helping out. This year, I am making an effort to be more involved. I already helped chaperone a field trip a few months ago and we had so much fun. I loved watching my son have so much fun running around! I plan on chaperoning any and all field trips I can! My son’s teacher and paraeducators are so appreciative of my help, which makes me feel good! Being in his class allows me to see and observe how and what they are teaching him.
