After Thanksgiving, I realized how much food we had over a period of a few days! Oh my! And I felt it! A few days after Thanksgiving, I started doing yoga since the weather was overcast and raining for a few days! Yoga allows me to stretch, breathe, de-stress, and focus on my own well-being.
