3 Ways To Daily Detox On A Budget

Daily Detox

Beauty Brite Disclosure

I have found that occasionally we need a little detoxing. Our bodies and minds are stressed and overworked. The average American eats a lot of garbage we probably shouldn’t. We also tend not to be as mobile as we should be.

If you’ve been feeling tired, run down, and groggy lately, you might want to consider detoxing your body.

I had the pleasure of being able to try out some great products that nourished, cleansed, and purified my body. I’m excited to share my experience with you!

CVS Prebiotic Probiotic Gummies CVS Whey Protein Vanilla 2

Bloating has been a constant problem for me over the years. Feeling bloated has a nasty chain reaction because then you’ll usually feel tired and irritated too as a result. I’ve tried countless probiotic products and was usually left unsatisfied by the results.

CVS Health Prebiotic Probiotic Gummies has been the first prebiotic/probiotic product that worked and tasted really good, in my opinion. My husband tried one and liked the flavor so much, he told me to put them away or he was going to eat the whole bottle. These berry gummies have 2 billion CFU per serving and promote healthy balance in your digestive track. I appreciate that these contain no preservatives, gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, or peanuts. They are a tasty and good option for anyone with food allergies!

I strongly recommend taking one of these before you go to sleep and letting the pre/probiotics work their magic while you snooze. I woke up feeling so much better and having lots of energy.

CVS Prebiotic Probiotic Gummies CVS Whey Protein Vanilla

One of the best detoxes that has worked for me is a protein shake. It is great for keeping your energy up and an essential post-workout snack! Because of my love for weight training, Whey Protein has become a necessity for muscle recovery. You can add it to anything! Sprinkle it on cereal, oatmeal, or even add it to pancake batter.

Finding a great tasting blend that doesn’t taste like a bunch of chemicals can be hard to find. CVS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder is currently my new favorite! Mix CVS Vanilla Whey Powder with 8oz of water, almond milk, or skim milk and you’ve got a satisfying and delicious breakfast!

Oatbox Granola

Ditching a fast food breakfast and replacing it with a wholesome, nourishing one is a great way you can detox your body. Oatbox Subscription Service does the work for you. A low monthly fee gets you access to generous sized bags of delicious and decadent flavors of specially blended granola.

Oatbox Matcha Coconut Mulberry Granola

The Matcha, Coconut, and Mulberry Granola Blend is my favorite! It is the perfect combination of flavors that tasted so yummy, I felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast! I love that Oatbox’s Granola blends leave me feeling full throughout the morning. It has eliminated my need for a mid-morning snack because I feel so satisfied from breakfast. Made with Matcha Green Tea, Organic Rye Flakes, Applesauce, and Raw Honey.

Oatbox Buckwheat Almond Honey Granola

The Buckwheat, Almond, and Honey Granola has that classic, all-natural granola taste with a touch of sweetness. It is simple, yet delicious. My son loved this as a nice change from his typical oatmeal breakfast. Made with Applesauce, Almonds, Honey, and Spelt Bran.

Oatbox Granola blends are made with organic ingredients and there wasn’t anything listed that I didn’t recognize. No strange chemicals or weird preservatives. This is  a healthy and delicious breakfast that the entire family will love – kids included!
