I am a huge Shark vacuum fan. Whether you are new to the Shark brand or familiar, you will be amazed at the vacuum perfect for parents! Our first vacuum together was the expensive “no loss of suction” type. When it was time for a new vacuum, I knew we couldn’t afford the same brand. I ended up buying my first Shark!
Summer is here. The sun is out. The temperatures are hot! That means you should hydrate! Drink water throughout the day. This summer, we decided to go on vacation to Disney World. It’s been about 4 or 5 years since we’ve been to Disney World, let alone vacation! It was time for a break!
My husband and I have always liked having the best of things that we can afford. We fell in love with the Dyson brand because their products offer “no loss of suction” cleaning. Since I do the majority of the cleaning, I wanted the best! Our first vacuum we bought together was a Dyson that lasted about 10 years or so. When our Dyson died, I chose another brand that I love just as much and still have that vacuum. When I saw the Dyson cordless vacuum, I was curious as to how well it would work for us considering we live in a nice size apartment. I consider it to be the perfect amount of space for us. Our apartment works for us and that is all that matters.
I was so excited to receive The Mommy Hook! Before it arrived in the mail, I tried to explain how The Mommy Hook is used to my husband and of course, he just didn’t “get it” nor did he care to really listen as I tried to show him how it worked. He had to see it “work in action.” I had to wait until I received it so I could use it and let him see for himself how it would benefit us! When he saw that you can hook it on to the shopping cart handle [to hold my purse], he didn’t seem that impressed, I guess because he doesn’t carry a purse! When it came time to bring the grocery bags into the house, I showed him how we could use the hook to carry multiple (if not all of our bags) on the hook and make only one or two trips into the house. That is what sold him on The Mommy Hook! My husband is finally a fan of The Mommy Hook because it makes his job a little easier (carrying the groceries into the house from the car).
My main reason for wanting to try The Mommy Hook was because my son has Autism and special needs. He can be a handful and can easily distract me. By using The Mommy Hook to hold my purse, I don’t really have to worry about securing my purse over my shoulder, making sure my son isn’t getting into trouble, and doing the grocery shopping. I feel a little safer using The Mommy Hook hold my purse. Although, keep in mind, it’s not 100% safe. Be sure to keep an eye on your purse.
