I am working to slim down. I know I’ve slacked the last few weeks and haven’t been able to go for my morning walk! There are also times when I don’t have the energy or time to work out. With that, I am still trying to be healthy and eat well! I aim to drink plenty of water too!

Are you looking to slim down on your time? We have four easy tips to get started!

I know I am far from perfect when it comes to health, but I do my best. My lifestyle is always changing. Sometimes, I get stressed from being a single mom. Others, I am stressed about life in general and dealing with drama.

Here are a few tips on how you can slim down on your time:

Tip #1: Drink Up

This is my favorite. Drink water throughout the day. I have several water bottles or drinking cups always around me. I aim for 8+ glasses of water a day. To change it up and add a little flavor, I like to infuse my water with fruit! I like to use strawberries and blueberries.

I like to start my day with 2-3 glasses of cold water! It helps boost my energy just a bit!

Tip #2 Try Coffee or Tea

I realize not everyone drinks coffee. I didn’t start drinking hot coffee until we were introduced to our first Keurig. After that, I was hooked! Drinking coffee gave me that nice boost of energy to start my day! I can only handle one cup of coffee a day without getting a headache!

If you’re a tea drinker, make time to drink your favorite tea! My favorite tea is Green Tea! I love drinking several cups of tea throughout the day! It’s healthy and so good for mind and body!

I enjoy my coffee and tea in my Jamber mug! Check out the very unique shaped handle! This mug is perfect for all ages, abilities, and made for comfort for everyone! I admit it took me a bit to get used to holding the mug but I was going about it all wrong. I was trying too hard to by gripping the handle when I should relax and just gently hold the mug in my hand.

As a blogger, I do a lot of typing and work on my laptop and smartphone. My wrists are sometimes left feeling sore. Using the Jamber mug allows me to hold my coffee with comfort!

Tip #3 Choose Healthy Foods

I know this is cliche! However, I am far from perfect when choosing healthy foods 100% of the time. I like to cheat here and there with something sweet and a dessert!

You don’t have to be perfect and choose healthy foods all the time. You deserve a treat or reward to keep yourself motivated!
