How To Boost Your Mood and Health

How To Boost Your Mood and Health

Beauty Brite Disclosure

When I was pregnant with our son, I became more aware of the products I was using to clean around our home and even the beauty products I was using. These days, I don’t care for traditional medicine because of the many possible side effects and sometimes it is just too expensive. If there is a natural method, I will choose that path first.

Due to our son’s special needs, we are unable to use traditional medicine. He will not take liquid or pills when he is sick. With that, we had to turn to alternative methods. As a parent, it is our job to protect and care for our children. With that, I choose to use an oil diffuser as it is natural and can boost your mood and health.

Aroma Diffuser

The Aroma Diffuser is a great solution for any household. As you can see, there are three items, the diffuser, plug and measuring cup. It is whisper quiet, so it can easily be used in a baby or child’s room. You can use it in your office and anywhere else in your home!

I personally use the Aroma Diffuser when our son is having a meltdown. I just add a few drops of Lavender essential oil and turn it on. I can control the light settings and the amount of mist.

The Aroma Diffuser can help in many other ways! Need to add humidity to your room for your plants? You can use the diffuser! I love using the diffuser to add scent to our room.

When we are sick, I can easily add a few drops of either of the following: Tea Tree Oil, Lemon, Orange or Eucalyptus essential oil! Of course, there are many other essential oils to use when you are sick, I just happen to have these in my collection.

Inside Aroma Diffuser

How to Boost Your Mood and Health:

Once you receive your Aroma Diffuser, you will be amazed at the size of the diffuser! I love that this has a 350 ml water tank which means I can use this for hours! I like to have this running throughout the day. If we are feeling sick, want to add scent to the room or just want additional humidity, we can turn on the diffuser overnight. It automatically turns off when the water is low.

First, add your water to the max fill line.

Choose your essential oils. You will only need to use a few drops!

Plug in the diffuser. There is a button on the front. The left side turns on the lights. You can choose to have it change to the 7 different colors or stay one color. The right side controls the mist.

I really like the natural look of this diffuser, very nice. I’ve been using peppermint oil in my diffuser for migraines and it definitely helps take the edge off!
