A Children's Gift that Keeps Giving with Text
Beauty Brite Disclosure

It’s only August and the holidays aren’t quite upon us yet BUT getting your list ready for this holiday season can never begin too early. Especially if you have a list like mine. Countless nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. The list goes on and on. Today, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite items on my children’s gift list. This is a gift with endless potential and can also be given year-round. Birthdays, Winter holidays, Valentine’s day, whenever. Even as a just because this gift is perfect.

Jambo Book Club

I know, I know. Such a simple gift idea. Books are available everywhere and they scour topics that can easily appeal to any type of interest. As a mother who is endlessly advocating education, books are the perfect item to add to your children’s gift list. By providing literature and encouraging reading in children, you are benefiting their critical thinking skills, sequencing skills, language development, and that is just the beginning. Reading books from an early age has statistically proven to have an impact on one’s success rate in school and even graduating high school. CLiF has a wonderful breakdown on all the benefits of reading, especially to younger aged children.

Jambo book club is a book subscription that delivers books straight to the child on your gift lists doorstep! Jambo bookclub provides book boxes from birth to age 13, and even a box for mixed ages.

Why pick Jambo Book Club?

The founders of Jambo book club are parents and they have done the research to know how important reading is for children. They formed the Jambo Book Club with the goal of providing reading material that teaches valuable lessons to our Youth.

I received 3 books in my PR box from Jambo Book Club.

Jambo Book Club Little Poems for Tiny Ears

Little Poems for Tiny Ears by Lin Oliver – This book is great for younger children because the book is from a baby’s perspective about the world around them. It is so easy to get silly with this book and the best part is each page has a different poem so you can easily come back and forth with this story. I also received this book a while back in my Dolly Parton Imagination Library Subscription, which should really emphasize how much of a classic this book is! The good news is my old copy got misplaced so I received this copy with perfect timing.

Jambo Book Club Summer Color

Summer Color by Dianna Murray – This book was so easy to read with my children and the visuals made it extremely easy to work on receptive/expressive language. Lots of W questions that could be asked on each page. I really enjoyed that because it makes little ones take the time to assess what is actually going on, on each page!

Jambo Book Club Hello Goodbye Dog

Hello Goodbye Dog by Maria Gianferrari. This silly story is about Zara’s dog Moose who is nothing short of persistent when it comes to staying with her friend. Whether it be at school, during lunch, and especially during storytime. Join Moose for all the fun! This book had my children giggling in no time and has become an everyday fav.

Each Jambo box comes with 2 books specially picked for the child on your list. The costs $24.99 for 1 month. There are 3 other options that include a 3 month, 6 months, and 12 months prepaid plan that can save you a little extra for the others on your gift list.

What other subscriptions are you adding to your Children’s gift list this year?
