Summer is almost here. Have you updated your makeup? I change out my makeup colors twice year, once in the fall and one in the spring. I love using bright colors in the spring and summer and my neutral colors in the fall and winter. I received makeup sets to review in exchange for my honest opinion.
To get a beach look and beyond, I received Becca Beach products, Too Faced Cat Eyes Purrrfection Kit and Lorac Dazzling Dozen 2 Eye Shadow Collection. I would love to go to the beach with my family however; our son doesn’t seem to like it. I don’t think he’s fond of the waves. He is happy sitting in the sand playing. We’ve been to the beach a few times and each time he would sit in the sand and play. Even though we are not beach people, I love to add a nice light bronze look!
The Becca Beach products can help achieve a flawless look. I received cheek and lip color, and cheek shimmer, eye shadow and face and body shimmer to play with. The products can easily be used to set as a foundation and on even color and then add color as needed.
I tend to use two eye shadows, one light color and one darker color as it seems to work well with my eyes. I like to do smokey eye look and just blend from there. I have never been that great at achieving the cat eye look but with the Too Faced Cat Eyes Purrrfection Kit I can teach myself how to get the perfect look that work with my eyes. The kit comes with a variety of colors, primer and a custom Cat Eye Liner Brush and primer. I always find myself using eye primer to keep my eye shadow set all day.
I can never have too many eye shadows. The Lorac Dazzling Dozen 2 Eye Shadow Collection contains a variety of colors to create any look you want. They are long-lasting and add shimmer and sparkle! There are also matte shades. I love using both shimmer and matte shades and sometimes I combine them. I start with a matte look and then add a sprinkle of sparkle to my look.
As you can see, you can start with a beautiful bronze and then add create a fabulous eye shadow look.

I’ve never heard of Becca, before, but I love lip/cheek products that can do both. They are especially great for keeping in my purse. The color names sound really pretty!
