After a long and stressful week, I ended my week with a relaxing bath. I used the Stress & Tension Relief Mineral Bath Soak. Just as I got in the tub, my son jumped in with me. While it was not as relaxing as I would have hoped for, I enjoyed the few minutes of relaxation from the bath soak.

This past weekend, I took another relaxing bath after my cardio workouts. This gave me the opportunity to try the Aches & Pains Relief Mineral Bath Soak. When I did not have the time for a bath, I used the Foaming Bath Oil & Body Wash in the shower. It was a great way to relieve my muscles of soreness. I noticed a huge difference in my muscle soreness after using the Aches & Pains Relief products. I only took a short bath with the Aches & Pains Relief Mineral Bath Soak and the muscle soreness was greatly decreased.

The Mineral Bath Soak is perfect for a relaxing bath. I can grab a quick relief with the body wash as well. I love that I have both type of products to ease any stress and muscle soreness. The products really do work.
