I used to make healthy protein shakes but due to budget, I started making smoothies instead. I enjoy a smoothie at least once a day. Over the years, I have used several blenders. First, I used one that my mom gave me and when that broke down, my husband bought me a new one. I also acquired one through blog. Blenders vary in their blending results. Unfortunately, I have experienced uneven smoothies, too thick smoothies and unblended fruit at the bottom.

I also love the smoothie cups. It saves on clean up! I rarely use the big container to blend!
Lastly, we live in an apartment, so our counter space is limited. I appreciate the compact unit. Also, the blender fits on our counters under our cupboards. With all of my former blenders, they never fit under our cupboards.
Now that my smoothies are blended within a minute and clean up is a snap, I can easily make smoothies on a whim! Thankfully, I buy my frozen fruit in bulk!
