With May 25th being National Wine Day, I was so excited to receive Pur Minerals Chateau cheek and lip products just in time to look fabulous for my annual Tanglewood wine festival here in Winston Salem, NC.

All of these products are inspired by wine and even have a cute little wine glass on the outside of the packaging. Not only has it been proven that red wine in moderation can be good for you, wine extract is apparently beneficial to your skin. Pür Minerals used it for 2 key ingredients in these products, and being harvested straight from the vineyards of Bordeaux France, exclusively for pur minerals to create the perfect “farm to jar” beauty products. The first key ingredient is vine-fresh Resveratrox which helps in cell renewal to brighten the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tones. The second key ingredient is Vitisin which targets hyper pigmentation and helps to battle UV damage.

Of the 4 products I tried, my favorite would have to be the Pür Minerals Chateau Cheeks Pressed Powder Blush in Kinky. This is the perfect summer color for me and I love the way it hydrates my skin to leave behind a healthy looking glow. I noticed that there is an iridescent finish to this color which is why it is my favorite.

Pür Minerals Chateau Cheeks Cream Blush is perfect when you want to accent and highlight your checks because you have more control over the cream than you would a powder. Flirt is the color I picked and in my opinion it is close to the same color as kinky but of course more of a flat matte finish.

I liked using my Pür Minerals Chateau de Vine Mineral Lipstick and my Pür Minerals Chateau Kisses Plumping Lip Gloss together to achieve the ultimate color and shine I desired. The lipstick is very rich in color and long lasting. Adding the plumping lip gloss will give your lips an amazing shine and pouty finish.
