When I buy candles, I always choose 100% soy candles. I am also open to try other natural waxes but soy wax candles are the most common to find.
For this review, I had a choice of which gift set I wanted to try. I chose to receive the 50 Shades set. I read the trilogy a few years ago and I wanted to try different scents! The 50 Shades gift set contained the following scents: Leather, Jasmine Bubbles and Vanilla Sex.
When I first received my gift set, I took the opportunity to smell each candle. I decided to have one candle burning first. I started with Leather and let it burn for a few hours. The small candle quickly filled our living room with a nice leather scent. The second time I tried the set, I decided to light two candles at once, as suggested by the company. I tried Vanilla Sex and Leather and the scent was even better! I now prefer to have two candles burning at once. It adds a nice combination of scent in any room we have them in.
The candles are small but the scent is very noticeable. I love adding scent to our home and soy candles are my favorite way to do that.
