Even though I work from home, I like to listen to morning talk on the radio, music or podcasts for background noise. Or when I am out on my morning walks, I like to wear a little Bluetooth speaker and listen to music. It helps keep me moving and motivated!

I’ve never had a pair of wireless headphones to use to listen to music and earbuds never stay in my ear. Which is why a small Bluetooth speaker works for my walks. When I am working, I just let my music play on my laptop or my phone.
