Are you ready for some refreshing summer cocktails? Stay cool and have a great time with family and friends with our refreshing recipes to try!

It’s summer and that means heat which means BBQs, parties, and plenty of other opportunities to enjoy refreshing cocktails. In our family one of these opportunities presents itself once a month when we have family dinners. Each month we get together with my husbands’ parents, his sister and her family to relax, have a few drinks, and enjoy good food.
The Ingredients

Our last dinner was Italian themed and what better liqueur is there to pair with Italian food than Limoncello? Limoncello is a sweet lemon liqueur that make tasty drinks and eliminates the need for simple syrup in lemon inspired drinks.
For our monthly dinner I used PepeCello Limoncello, Graingers Deluxe Organic Vodka, and St. Elder’s Elderflower Liqueur to make three delicious cocktails that have great flavor and pack a slight punch. Elderflower liqueur is made from the flowers on the Elderflower bush and has a light, sweet, floral taste.

The Cocktails
The first cocktail I made is a Lemonade Cooler.
3 Oz Simply Lemonade
2 Oz Limoncello
Grainger Deluxe Organic Vodka (1 Oz)
1 Oz Club Soda
Place ice in a low-ball glass. Add lemonade, Pepecello, and Vodka. Stir. Then add splash of club soda. You can make this cocktail with any lemonade but I prefer the Simply as it is a bit more natural.

Cocktail number two is very similar except it adds St. Elder’s Elderflower Liqueur which gives it a light flowery taste.
Lemon-flower Cooler
3 Oz Simply Lemonade
PepeCello Limoncello (1 Oz)
1 Oz Grainger Deluxe Organic Vodka
St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur (1 Oz)
1 Oz Club Soda
Place ice in a low-ball glass. Add lemonade, Pepecello, Elderflower Liqueur, and Vodka. Stir. Then add splash of club soda.

Cocktail number three is a sweet refreshing drink for those that like a fruity cocktail.
Watermelon-lemon Cooler
3 Oz Tropicana Watermelon Juice
2 Oz PepeCello Limoncello
1 Oz Grainger Deluxe Organic Vodka
1 Oz Club Soda
Place ice in a low ball glass. Add watermelon juice, Pepecello, and Vodka. Stir. Then add splash of club soda.
All three of these fabulous cocktails will be a hit with guests whether you’re having a fancy party or a backyard BBQ.
