I love my sweets! I’m not going to lie! I love my chocolate and dark chocolate treats! It seems I buy chocolate candy throughout the week and enjoy a little throughout the week! Although, it doesn’t help that I am trying to lose weight! Are you looking for a delicious treat? Let’s make Dark Chocolate Reese’s Bars!

The Dark Chocolate Reese’s Bars are just to die for! Of course, you can make these to share with friends and family! These are easy to enjoy bars to enjoy at any gathering!

We’ve already made these a few times already. I like to enjoy a few pieces and freeze the rest and enjoy a few each week! Otherwise, share them with your neighbors too!

Ingredients Needed:
unsalted butter, softened
brown sugar, packed
granulated sugar
vanilla
large eggs
all-purpose flour
baking soda
salt
unsweetened cocoa (special dark cocoa, if possible)
Reese’s mini’s (unwrapped)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Cream the butter, adding in sugars well mixed.

3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt and then add it to the wet ingredients and mix in until well incorporated.

5. Mix in Reese’s minis.
6. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper. Spread out the batter and lightly press down.
7. Bake for 30 minutes until set.
8. Remove from oven and let cool before lifting the parchment paper from the pan and slicing the brownies.


Dark Chocolate Reese’s Bars

- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa special dark cocoa, if possible
- 7.6- ounce package Reese’s mini’s unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Cream the butter, adding in sugars well mixed. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt and then add it to the wet ingredients and mix in until well incorporated.
