Peppermint M&M Chocolate Cookies
Our Peppermint M&M Chocolate Cookies are perfect to make and enjoy for the holidays. Don't forget to make extras to share!
Ingredients
- 15 oz Box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Peppermint M&M’s
Instructions
- Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in chocolate chips.
- Crack two eggs.
- Pour in butter.
- Mix well.
- Scoop the dough into tablespoon sized circles onto a non-stick baking sheet or lay out a piece of parchment paper and place on top of that.
- Take several M&M’s and place them on top of the cookie dough.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned at 350 degrees.
