Power Quick Pot Low Country Boil

- 1 1/2 Pounds Red Potatoes
- 1 14 Ounce Package of Smoked Sausage
- 3 Ears Corn
- 1 1/2 - 2 TBS Cajun or Creole Seasoning
- 1 1/4 Pounds Shrimp, de-veined, easy peel
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1. Prepare vegetables so that potatoes are cut into either halves or quarters. Sausage should be diced into 2 inch pieces. Corn should be cut so that each ear is 2-3 smaller ears2. Put potatoes, corn, and sausage into the Power Quick Pot with 3 cups of water and the Cajun seasoning. 3. Set the Power Quick Pot to 'Pressure' on high for 4-5 minutes4. Release the pressure on the Pot and then add the shrimp. Stir to combine ingredients 5. Allow the Pot to sit on 'Keep Warm' with the lid on and sit for 3-4 minutes6. Remove all items from the Pot with a slotted spoon or mesh basket 7. Mix the melted butter and garlic powder and serve on the side as a dipping sauce (feel free to add parsley, Cajun seasoning, or hot sauce!) ENJOY WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY
