We Switched To Natural Hair And Beauty Essentials

I like to switch up my haircare products between natural and the name or store brands you may find at any retailer.  I recently switched my son over to a natural deodorant and he’s already using a natural shampoo bar and body bar. It was only fitting to switch to a natural shampoo bar for myself. We switched to natural hair and beauty essentials and we’re excited to share what we found!

I am always looking to simplify my life whether by organic clothing, food/cooking, beauty, fitness, health, and wellness. When I use natural shampoo and conditioner, I always like to keep a brand name to use at least once a week. Natural hair care tends to leave my hair feeling heavy and look greasy!

Add scented hair care

The Coconut Hibiscus Sulfate Free Shampoo and Coconut Hibiscus Sulfate Free Conditioner are such a refreshing treat for my hair and senses!  Not only does my hair feel so clean and lightweight, but they smell so fresh and clean for hours after showering!  My bathroom is also refreshed with the coconut hibiscus scent!

Both are concentrated and with my long hair, I only need a small to medium dab of product!  

I love the scent of the Passion Fruit Scented Liquid Hand Soap!  I use it at my bathroom sink. Of course, it leaves my hands clean, smelling great, and my hands feel soft!  

After showering, I like to apply the Lemongrass Lavender Hand & Body Lotion all over!  The lotion is lightweight and leaves my skin feeling soft and smelling great!  I love using the lotion throughout the day when needed.

Give up the bottle

Using a shampoo bar with my son’s hair has been pretty easy. It rinses easily and leaves his hair clean and soft. So I was really excited to try a shampoo and conditioner bar!  I chose the Sweet & Spicy Shampoo Bar, Wonderbar Conditioner, and a storage container to keep both bars from sticking to the shower and help keep them dry!

Since I have straight hair, I wanted to add volume and chose the
Sweet & Spicy Shampoo Bar!  I chose the Wonderbar Conditioner as it is perfect for my type of hair, plus, I have long hair and always need to use a conditioner.  

I’ve only been using the Sweet & Spicy Shampoo Bar and Wonderbar Conditioner for a few days now. I love how easy they are. No need to worry about dispensing just the right amount of product. With the bars, I just wet my hair and slide down my hair from root to tip a few times and then massage my scalp and hair.
