The Brand No One Is Talking About But Should Be

The Brand No One Is Talking About But Should Be

Beauty Brite Disclosure

Have you heard of the brand Mally Beauty? You can find them online at QVC and in store at ULTA. This is a brand that you don’t see many people talking about and you can’t help but wonder why. Is it that bad? While Mally isn’t the easiest for people to get their hands on, it’s so worth hunting down and buying.

What Mally is known for is her Evercolor Shadow Stick Extra. I was able to test out the shades: Bliss, Mahogany, Shimmering Mauve, and Storm. These are great, everyday colors that you can wear to work or school.

You can use Mahogany and Storm to create a smokey look for a fun night out or date night. I do have oily lids so an eyeshadow primer is important, without it, the shadow sticks will crease like crazy. If you have normal lids you won’t need them.

The Evercolor Shadow Stick Extra apply smoothly, easy to blend and work with and last all day. Probably the best eyeshadow sticks that I’ve tried so far.

While shopping at ULTA the week before, I had someone do my makeup using Mally products and one of the items she used was the Ultimate Performance See the Light Concealer. I was sent the shade Light, which is surprisingly on the dark side. This doesn’t really work under my eyes since I prefer a lightweight concealer, but I really like it to cover up blemishes. This is pretty thick and even takes a little bit to get the product out of the container and work with. The coverage is really nice, I used this a few times on its own without any foundation and I was really happy with how it looked.

The Shimmer Shape & Go Blush in Lighter is stunning! Absolutely beautiful and perfect for the summer months. Because my skin gets oily during the summer this is difficult for me to wear on its own. I use a primer, apply this and a matching blush on top of that. If I’m just running errands and I’m not worried about my makeup, I’ll apply a primer and this cream stick blush and it’ll last a good hour or two on me. This isn’t the product, it’s how my skin gets during the summer. The product applies beautifully. It goes on smoothly and it’s easy to blend. It’s super pigmented so be careful. If you like cream blushes, get this! It’s a stunner!

Lastly is the H3 Lip Gloss in Shimmering Nude that I didn’t think I would like, but I do. In the tube, is looks like a dark bronze shade that just wouldn’t be flattering on me. Don’t judge the color by what you see. Once it’s applied, it comes off looking like a beautiful mauve-y bronze shade. It applies nicely, the pigmentation is great, it’s comfortable to wear and it’s pretty moisturizing. It has a nice, subtle shimmer to it. I think this is a great color for going out at night and you don’t really want to fuss with your makeup. This may not be a color for everyone, but it’s definitely worth checking out.

I’ve tried a few other things from Mally a few years ago when I first started blogging that I absolutely loved. Her mascara is really nice, and her Poreless Face Defender is a must-have!

I may try the H3 Lip Gloss in Shimmering Nude. I don’t enjoy shopping at Ulta Store since they changed the colors I selected for low-lighting my hair & then badgered me into cutting my long hair, giving me bangs after it took 10 years to grow it out long.
