I noticed that when I don’t eat as healthy as I should, my hair tends to suffer. I experience hair loss and breakage. I am pretty rough with my hair when it comes to combing through it after showering. It mostly has to do with my diet.

That’s why I am so excited to share how to strengthen your hair in 3 easy steps!

Meets Desert Essence

I was sent the Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Shampoo, Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Conditioner, and Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Mask to try. I’ve been using the products for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant difference in breakage and hair loss!

How to use the Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner:

Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Hair Mask

First and foremost, the Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Mask is to be used once a week as a deep conditioning treatment. With this product, I apply it to damp hair and leave-in for 20-30 minutes and then shower.

Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Shampoo

To use the Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Shampoo, use the regular amount that you use for your hair. For me, I only need about a nickel-sized amount and then apply to wet hair, lather, and rinse.

Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Conditioner

To use the Desert Essence Anti-Breakage Conditioner, apply to wet hair and massage gently. I leave in for a few minutes and then rinse clean.

I noticed less hair loss and breakage within a week of using the products. I can feel my hair getting stronger. The shampoo is very gentle on my hair and scalp and it doesn’t even cause dryness or flakes! The conditioner softens my hair and allows me to comb through my hair much easier.

As always, if you have long hair, you can let your hair dry naturally or use a hairdryer.  Either way, we shared a fun product that helps dry your hair in less time.

The Desert Essence hair products are infused with high quality and natural ingredients such as jojoba oil and coconut oil. I use both oils for many other beauty uses, such as makeup remover, hair conditioner, and more!

These products sound so wonderful! I am having problems with breakage I cut about 3 inches off last month but still breakage. So tired of brushing hair off my shirt before going in to the kitchen.
